If you’re looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and patient pediatrician in Las Vegas, I can’t recommend Dr. Segel enough. From our very first visit, she made both me and my husband feel comfortable and heard. She takes her time, listens to every concern (no matter how small), and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. The entire staff is wonderful—always friendly, professional, and kind. They help make every visit smooth and stress-free, from scheduling to weigh-ins and everything in between. The whole office is clean and welcoming. My first appointment for two of my children was today, and I was underprepared with a few of the things I needed. The staff was patient, answered all my questions, helped me get what I was missing, and guided me through the systems I needed to access. They seamlessly supported the sports physical process, even having the required paperwork ready in-office. Dr. Segal was kind, clear, and thorough with both me and the kids. We’ve been seeing Dr. Karen Segal for years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She has a warm, kind presence that immediately puts both parents and kids at ease. Now that my son is 13, we’re in the adolescent stage, and she handles those sometimes awkward conversations with such professionalism and empathy that they never feel uncomfortable or weird. In fact, after his last visit, my son told me he only wants to see Dr. Segal—no one else. That kind of trust at this age is priceless. We are so grateful for Dr. Karen Segal! After a week of my daughter being seriously ill and a misdiagnosis at urgent care, Dr. Segal immediately recognized she had pneumonia and prescribed the right treatment. Thanks to her quick and accurate diagnosis, my daughter began improving almost immediately. Dr. Segal is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients.
